1. Who we are

The data controller is Busty Boob Tape Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14981240), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, trading from 56 Chesterton Square, Pembroke Road, London W8 6PJ. 2. Data we collect

Account data: company name and number, registered and trading addresses, store names and addresses, website and social links, business type, expected volumes and how you heard about us.

Contact data: name, job role, email address and phone number of the people who use the account.

Order data: items ordered, delivery details, payment status, invoices, returns and correspondence, including photographs you upload with return requests.

Payment data: card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details. For bank transfers we see the payer name and reference.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, log-in times and essential cookies needed to keep you signed in (see our Cookie Policy).

Credit data (if you apply for credit): trade references, trading history and, with your consent, results of credit reference checks.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

To open and manage your account, process Orders, take payment, deliver Goods, handle returns and provide customer support — performance of a contract.

To keep accounting and tax records and comply with law — legal obligation.

To prevent fraud, secure the Portal, assess credit applications, enforce our Terms and improve our service — legitimate interests.

To send you trade marketing (new products, promotions) — your consent, or legitimate interests for business contacts under PECR, and you can opt out at any time.

Non-essential cookies — your consent.

4. Who we share data with

Payment processors (card and banking providers), delivery carriers and couriers, our IT and hosting providers (including cloud database and email providers), our accountants and professional advisers, credit reference agencies (credit applications only) and authorities where required by law. Each acts under contract and, where they are processors, under our Data Processing terms.

We never sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UK (for example in the EEA or the USA). Where this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate security measures.

6. How long we keep data

Account and contact data: for the life of the account plus 2 years.

Orders, invoices and financial records: 6 years from the end of the financial year to which they relate (HMRC and Companies Act requirements).

Return photographs: 2 years from resolution of the claim.

Rejected applications: 12 months. Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact bustyboobtape@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, role-based access controls and audit logs for administrative actions. You are responsible for keeping your log-in details confidential.
