Shipping & Delivery Policy
How we dispatch and deliver wholesale orders placed via the Busty Order Buddy portal.
Dispatch location and lead times
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from cleared payment to dispatch, as stock is produced and allocated to order. Express dispatch is available only for small orders of in-stock variants.
Methods and costs
Shipping is paid by the Buyer and calculated at checkout: UK standard tracked, UK express (in-stock small orders), or international tracked. Current rates are shown in your basket before you pay. International Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance.
Risk
Risk passes to the Buyer on delivery to the delivery address given. Title passes only when we have been paid in full.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (international), tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms loss we will resend or refund the lost goods. We are not liable for delay caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
Buyer responsibilities
Provide a complete and correct delivery address and contact number; ensure someone is available to receive and sign for deliveries; inspect goods and report issues within 48 hours. Redelivery or return-to-sender costs caused by incorrect details or failed delivery attempts are charged to the Buyer.
